    • All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) via Email or through phone at (888) 944-6222. 
    • All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.
    • All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
    • All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item via email or through phone at (888) 944-6222.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.
