All our Products have 30-days Return Policy starting from the date of purchase. Must request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) via Email or through phone at (888) 944-6222.
All returned merchandise are to be tested and inspected according to reasons/ claims why it is being returned before any decisions will be made.
All returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all other accessories (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.
All DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items must be reported within 48 hours after receiving the item via email or through phone at (888) 944-6222.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable.
When ordering for a Car Alarm Replacement remote make sure you are ordering the correct one or give us a call to check if it is compatible with your Car/ Car alarm. This is to avoid returns and paying for restocking fee charges.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGE, AND REPLACEMENTS:

Applicable only for items purchased within 30-days. All unacceptable returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Reasons for unacceptable returns:

Physical damage: Item is scratched, torn, wet, burned, blown, signs of misuse, and faulty installation.
Factory sealed items: If it's opened and tampered except for DOA (Dead on Arrival)/ Defective items.
